No matter you like RDA or RTA, if you’re a single coil vape lover, the Recurve RDA/iNtake RTA is a must have for you. Let’s do a preview for the Augvape iNtake RTA.
Augvape iNtake RTA general description
The Intake RTA is a single coil RTA with 24mm diameter. It adopts an complicated airflow design, the two 3mm diameter tubes on the Intake’s build deck is used to lead the air from the top directly to the coil. So it is a top-to-bottom airflow way. The user will only have to spin the chamber cap to make the tubes aim at the two holds and it is easy for you.
The top-to-bottom airflow has a good capability of avoiding from leaking out. Besides, the air comes to the coil directly and it may produce a better flavor. The iNtake RTA gets the balance point between a smooth inhale and great flavor. Everyone likes leak-proof flavor machine. We have seen that the Geekvape Zeus comes with the top-to-side airflow design before, but now the Intake RTA absolutely takes it one step further.
The Augvape Intake has a capacity of 2.5 or 4.2 ml e-juice which depends on the included bubble glass. The slightly upward deck can accommodate up to 3mm diameter coils.

Augvape iNtake RTA breakdown
At the top of the iNtake RTA there is a pretty low profile 810 drip tip that you can see the metal ring inside. Open it up you’ll see a nice big protective oring. Underneath you have airflow control on the top cap section with a stopper, you can basically hold on to the grips and turn to adjust the airflow. At the bottom there’s Mikevapes and serial number engravings. It’s got a protruding gold plated 510 pin, so it’s hybrid safe.
iNtake RTA build deck
The iNtake RTA has got a pretty simple build deck for single coil, but with two very interesting tubes heading up. You’ll also find two tubes on the chimney section, which are meant to be connected with the tubes on the build deck. They serve to deliver airflow right from the top to the bottom, so that the air can hit the coil right from the bottom, giving you better flavor, and meanwhile, prevent the tank from leaking. Those tubes lines up and spins when you screw the chimney section onto the deck.
While vaping with RTAs, we more or less would have some condensations at the bottom if the tank got bottom airflow, and the tank tends to leak if it’s not properly wicked. But with this iNtake RTA, you get as good flavor as “bottom airflow” RTAs, in fact the iNtake RTA has got “bottom airflow” as well, but in a better unique way, making it leak proof.
All in all the iNtake RTA is a great choice for those vapers who like single coil RTA with good flavor.
