Today we’re going to take a look at the Triple V2 RTA, and discuss the difference between Triple RTA and Triple V2 RTA.
Triple V2 RTA Packaging
Inside the Triple V2 RTA package you’re gonna have a bubble tank, you also have a second 810 drip tip, a 510 drip tip adapter and a thing to guide where to cut your coil.
Triple V2 RTA Specification
The Triple V2 RTA is 28 millimeters in diameter. On the base it says triple to RTA manufactured by Vandy Vape, with gold plated protruding pin. From the base to the top of the tip it’s 51 millimeters. With the straight glass on, the Triple V2 RTA holds 4ml eliquid, while with the bubble tank it holds 7ml. At the top it is the fill method, as you can see there’s an arrow to indicate where to push the top cap. So to fill the Triple V2 RTA you push the top cap over and you fill right in the juice holes. The adjustable airflow is pretty stiff, stiffer than most, though it’s better than it being too loose.
Difference between Triple RTA and Triple V2 RTA
Comparing the Triple V2 RTA with the original Triple RTA, the main changes are on the build deck. With the first one you just had flat open airflow underneath, you didn’t have those little half-pipe on both sides. It didn’t have the honeycomb pattern, instead it was just a big open slot. With smaller holes they do tend to give a smoother draw on most atomizer. The proton is not overhang, it does look top heavy with this big bubble tank on there but no overhang which is quite cool. When you have it at a hundred watts with air flows wide open, it’s dense.
Another difference between the Triple RTA and Triple V2 RTA is the tanks. The original Triple RTA didn’t have the bubble tank. The new Triple V2 RTA definitely holds more liquid than Triple RTA. The fill method is different as well. So there’s quite a few difference between the Triple RTA and Triple V2 RTA.
Why you might want a triple coil RTA?
The Triple V2 RTA does seem to give the vapor a little more density than a dual coil. So if vapor production is your thing that might be something worth looking at. You could possibly enter some cloud contest with this. It produces a lot of vapor and it fills your lungs up. And obviously you can use the Triple V2 RTA in dual coil mode too.

A bit difficult to wick
Has a potential to leak if not wick properly
The center coil will be messed up by the screws, it’s an upgrade from the original Triple RTA with the other two coils though
