Most of us vapers choose subohm vapes at the beginning for switching from smoking to vaping and subohm tanks help a lot. However, have you ever been in a situation that you want to change your liquid/flavor with your subohm tank while the coil is still in good condition? What will you do when you want to change eliquid? There is no doubt that the first thing you need to do is to clean the subohm coils so that the flavor of the liquids will not be mixed and you’ll be able to get the exact expected flavor from the liquid.
So today we’re going do a quick tutorial on how to clean your subohm coils. What we need for cleaning the subohm coils is hot water and the key to having your coils clean is to let them soak a few hours. Usually there’re airflow holes at the bottom of the coils.
- Prepare a tub of hot water
- Add some alcohol or vinegar into the water
- Put the coil into the hot water and let it soak for a few hours
- Take the coil out and wipe off the water
- Cover the airflow holes with your fingers
- Blow the coil from the top and the liquid will come out
- Repeat step 2 for around 6 times and wipe them off with paper towel
