Recently HellVape released a new RDA called Drop Dead RDA, it’s a cooperation project between YouTube reviewers Heathen and The Vapor Chronicles, and manufacturer HellVape. If you’re an RDA guy, I think you must be quite familiar with the Dead Rabbit RDA by Henthen and HellVape and Drop RDA by The Vapor Chronicles and Digiflavor. They were pretty popular in the past several months. The Drop Dead RDA is simply a combination of the Drop RDA and Dead Rabbit RDA. In this article let’s do an ultimate comparison between Drop RDA, Dead Rabbit RDA and Drop Dead RDA.
Drop RDA, Dead Rabbit RDA & Drop Dead RDA Appearance
They all have an overall diameter of 24mm with acrylic drip tip on top. They’re four pieces construction, build deck, barrel, top cap and drip tip. With the Dead Rabbit RDA the barrel covers the build deck while the base portion of the Drop RDA and Drop Dead RDA protrudes to provent the juice from coming out from the RDA into the mod. All of them look pretty good.

Drop RDA, Dead Rabbit RDA & Drop Dead RDA Build deck
The Drop RDA, Dead Rabbit RDA and Drop Dead RDA have a similar build deck with four posts for both single coil and dual coil configuration. They’re mainly made for dual coil build though. With this kind of post design you can cut the coils after mounting them into the posts to a proper length. The build deck of the Drop RDA and Drop Dead RDA are almost identical. The main difference would be the distance between the post of the Drop Dead RDA is a bit far than the Drop RDA. Others are pretty much the same.

Drop RDA, Dead Rabbit RDA & Drop Dead RDA Airflow
As shown in the pictures below, the Drop RDA has got side T style honeycomb airflow hole system, the Dead Rabbit RDA got oval slots top to side airflow system while the Drop Dead RDA got a side rectangular honeycomb airflow system. Due to the way the airflow of the Dead Rabbit RDA and Drop Dead RDA are constructed, it’s difficult to get eliquid leaking from airflow holes, that’s pretty good feature, you can squonk as much as you won’t since you don’t need to worry about the liquid coming out from the holes. With the Drop RDA, you need to watch out while squonking though.
